Scaling Down of Operations at Foreign Nationals Management Services Office

The Directorate of Immigration services has scaled down on operations at the Foreign Nationals Management Services Office effect from 29th March 2021.

These measures ensure both the customers and staff’s safety after the upsurge of Covid-19 cases in the country.

Services temporarily suspended include the endorsement of permits and passes. 

However, with the support of travel itinerary and tickets, foreign nationals who have imminent travel plans are to book an appointment to access Foreign Nationals Services.
